Ring Door Latches~The Watercourt ring latch is of similar design to the circular door knocker. The latch set comprises:-
two back plates, two rings (one for either side of the door), a screw on staple, a screw on keep, a latch bar and square section connecting bar for the rings. The back plates for the Ring Latches match the Door Knockers, T Hinges, Pull Handles and Pantry Hooks, with the distinctive Watercourt arrow head design.
As the ring handles are turned the latch bar rises above the keep allowing the door or gate to open. Similarly the latch bar falls as the ring handle is turned backwards. We can offer two different designs as standard. The first option has the pin for the handles acting through the pivot for the lifter bar.(Order code RL1) The second option has the pin for the handles independant of the lifter bar, the handles being positioned along the length of the lifter bar just before the screw on keep.(Order code RL2)
The connecting bar is supplied to suit the thickness of the door or gate. The rings are secured on the connecting bar by grub screws. The latch set is finished in satin black paint for external applications, and is supplied complete with all fixings.

Door Bolt~Because we are not restricted by modern automated methods we can manufacture door and gate sliding bolts to suit individual applications and designs.
Our standard door bolt features the Watercourt arrow on the the top of the 195mm x 45mm back plate. The sliding bar is 20mm x 6mm in section and 230mm long, with an inwardly curled fishtail shape at the top.
The door bolts come complete with screw on locking plate and all fixings. The finish is satin black paint. ORDER CODE:DB
